Paul is Creative Producer and Co-Director of Brave Bold Drama Community Interest Company. The company works to dismantle the financial and cultural barriers that can prevent some members of the community from engaging with the arts and accessing opportunities to explore their own creativity.

Brave Bold Drama send their creativity for the community principles out on the road, taking drop-in creative activities to community events, local festivals, schools, children's centres, libraries and parks working in partnership with other local organisations.
Brave Bold Drama has a broad portfolio of community arts commissions ranging from creative immersive play in children’s centres, drama and dance workshops in schools, and imaginative role-play sessions in care homes as well as larger scale community arts commissions from Bristol City Council & WECA (2023), Bristol Museum & Art Gallery (2022), Ginkgo Projects (2019/2020), Knowle West Media Centre (2018), the Bristol Natural History Consortium (The Festival of Nature 2016) The Centre for Public Engagement at Bristol University (Bristol Bright Night 2015) and The Harbour Festival (2016).
